  Doctors and nurses were amazing, but the front office staff is rude. My 4 year old had an ear infection and strep throat with high fever. She was extremely upset and uncomfortable. The front office staff argued with me after we had seen the doctor about whether or not they would accept a check for my co-payment (I had just moved and was getting a new bank card) when their paperwork clearly said they would accept a check. When I pointed this out, they had to consult each other at length while my daughter cried in pain waiting for us to be able to leave and get her prescription. They came back and said that they do not accept checks and would change the paperwork to address this. Meanwhile, while they acted ridiculous about this, my little one was screaming and crying and clinging to me because she was hurting. It was just an unnecessary hassle, and it made me see that they only care about the money and not the children. It's unfortunate that the doctors are so amazing and will lose patients because of rude registration clerks/office managers. I have been a registration clerk in a hospital. You're not supposed to treat people that way, especially not children. That was enough to make me switch doctors.
